  1. EKTESKAPSATTEST\u00a0<\/strong>Ekteskapsttest som er utstedt av ditt regionale skattekontor (Se veiledning – Ekteskapsattest fra Norge)<\/li>\n
  2. MARRIAGE APPLICATION FORM\u00a0<\/strong>S\u00f8knaden fylles ut, men underskrives ikke i f\u00f8rste omgang.<\/li>\n
  3. 2 NORSKE<\/strong> Referanseperoner\u00a0<\/strong>navn, adresse og telefonnummer (vedkommende m\u00e5 gjerne v\u00e6re bosatt i Thailand).<\/li>\n
  4. DITT PASS<\/strong><\/li>\n

    GIFTEM\u00c5L OG P\u00c5FOLGENDE REGISTRERING<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Den underskrenve marriage application skal oversttes til thai og legaliseres av Det Utenriksministerium ” Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs”.<\/li>\n
    • Deretter kan giftem\u00e5let inng\u00e5s p\u00e5 et hvilket som helst distriktskontor “Ampur” som svarer til et norsk r\u00e5dhus.<\/li>\n
    • Vielsesattesten og registreringsdokumenter skal s\u00e5 igjen oversettes til engelsk og legaliseres av det thailandske utenriksministerium.<\/li>\n
    • Det norske konsulatet eller den norske ambassaden skal deretter bekrefte ektheten av underskrifen fra Det Thailandske Utenriksministerium.<\/li>\n
    • De overstte og legaliserte vielsesdokumentene samt kopi av brudeparets pass, sendes for registrering til det skattekontoret i Norge som har utstedt ekteskapsattesten. Dokumentene kan innleveres for videresending enten til konsulatet eller ambassaden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      *Det beregnes gebyr for utstedelse av marriage application, bekreftelse av underkrift fra Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs samt evt verifisering av kopierte documenter.<\/p>\n
